Thank You for Your Support in 2025!
A huge thank you to everyone who has been part of our P&C activities this year! Our membership has grown to 18 financial members, and our meetings have been lively, friendly, and informative. These gatherings provide a fantastic opportunity to hear about the school's plans and gain deeper insights into policies and decisions directly from our Principal, Mr. Maric.
As P&C members, you're encouraged to share feedback and ask questions—helping the school better understand the needs and aspirations of our community. We meet twice a term at 7pm in the block behind the office building. While meetings are currently face-to-face only, we are exploring hybrid options so you can join remotely if attending in person isn’t possible.
Everyone is welcome at our meetings—you don’t need to be a member to attend! We'd love to see you at a future gathering.
A Big Thank You to Our BBQ Volunteers!
A huge shout-out to everyone who helped at our recent BBQs, including Mr. Maric, who generously assisted at both events! Thanks to your efforts, our Bunnings BBQ in March and the Election BBQ in May raised just over $3,000 for the school—a fantastic achievement we couldn’t have done without you!
A special thanks to everyone who came by and grabbed a Democracy Sausage—we hope you enjoyed it!
Helping out at our BBQs is a fun way to meet new people and contribute to school fundraising. You don’t need to be a P&C member, and we only ask for two hours of your time.
This money, along with just under $20,000 raised over the past three years, will be invested in a project that makes the greatest impact on student outcomes. The final decision will be made through consultation between the school and the P&C.
Supporting the Community Through the Second-Hand Uniform Shop
Did you know that the P&C also runs the school’s Second-Hand Uniform Shop?
Open during school term time on Tuesdays from 2:45pm to 3:30pm, it’s located near the canteen. Not only does this initiative help raise funds for the school, but it also ensures students can access quality pre-loved uniforms at affordable prices. Plus, it’s great for the environment, reducing textile waste and keeping uniforms out of landfill. If you have items to donate, please drop them off at the office in a bag clearly labelled Second-Hand Uniform Shop.
