CHAPLAINCY

A big welcome back from our Wellbeing team to what is thankfully a slightly shorter term. As we begin settling back into the routine, we wanted to highlight that two weeks is plenty of time to fall out of our usual habits and routines. 

For many students the start to the term can be filled with anxiety and challenges. As we aim to see a strong second semester, we encourage our students to re-establish their sleep hygiene routines, limiting screen time near bedtime, ensure their preparing enough nutrient dense food to fuel their brains during school, and remembering to have patience with themselves as it takes a few weeks to get back into new and old habits/routines. 

We look forward to a productive term and are very excited for our upcoming camps and sports events!
