Meet 1/2DR’s Class Pets!
Tiffany is a stick insect. The Australian spiny stick insect is a remarkable species known for its exceptional camouflage and unique physical characteristics. Its scientific name is Extatosoma Tiaratum.
Bubbles, the Red Cap Oranda is a fancy Goldfish. The scientific name is Carassius Auratus. It’s famous for its raspberry-like hood on its head called a wen.

1/2H MATHEMATICIANS
In Maths, 1/2H students enjoyed developing their additive thinking skills by using doubles facts up to 10 + 10. In pairs, they modelled and solved doubles problems using ten frames and counters.
