Year 7 Immunisation

Dear Year 7 Parents and Guardians,

The Health Department, through the Adolescent School-Based Immunisation Program, will provide vaccinations to our Year 7 students on Tuesday 13 and Wednesday 14th August. 

Action required:

Many families have still not completed the online form.  Please indicate on the consent form whether you provide or decline consent for your child to receive vaccination at the College.  The Health Department provided a letter with vaccination details and a QR code for easy access to the consent form.  The letter can be found through the link:

Organisational Details:

Our Year 7 students will receive their Immunisation in House groups in room C2 on the following days:

• Tuesday 13 August – Xanten [period 1 and period 2] and Tongerlo students [period 3 and period 4].
• Wednesday 14 August –Prémontré students [period 1 and period 2], Magdeburg [period 3 and period 4] and Kilnacrott [period 5 and 6] 

Students receiving their vaccinations will be allowed to wear their House shirt and their full College PE tracksuit for the day.
