The High Hopes Art Club runs on Friday in the first half of lunchtime in the Wellbeing Centre and is open to all students. Last week around 50 students enjoyed drawing, colouring, collaging with stickers and creating paper aeroplanes.

After the wet weather last week the grade 1/2 students relished the opportunity to have their own access to playground A at recess time. Different stations were set up for the students to engage with and included loom bands, building bricks, cars, colouring and construction materials. Students were encouraged to connect more with other grade 1/2 students to build up confidence, communication skills and a greater sense of connection with their classmates.

This week on Wednesday while many grades were on excursions and the yard was emptier than usual, the prep students had full access to the playground equipment! By providing the prep students with support to move around the oval safely and encouragement to try new things on the equipment they were all smiles!
