Day 1 -Mar 5th

The first two days were highly informative and hands on with industry visits to Bunnings Kempsey, Thrumster Construction sites, Sovereign Hills show homes, Kempsey Showgrounds and APD Plumbing. These visits involved introductions, discussing trade interests and any previous experiences, short & long-term career plans. The girls were then given a tour of Bunnings with some very interesting talks from various employees. There was then a visit to Euroka to view house constructions, all in various stages of completion. This was then followed up by a PPE safety discussion and purchase of basic PPE for the program and further project planning.
