Year 10 Media

This term in Year 10 Media we have been exploring the fundamentals of Composition. We have explored this through photography, establishing the aspects of a good shot before later moving on to film. Below are some examples of the students’ use of techniques such as Leading Lines, Rule of Thirds, Balance, Framing, and Perspective.

Year 9 Quest

Last Friday, Year 9 students split into two groups for a rotation day: horticulture and surf school. They learnt the basics of surfing, enjoying favourable conditions at Clifton Beach with the experienced Coastrider instructors. 

Meanwhile, the horticulture group planted a row of native plants on the southern border of the College, with some support and testimonial words from our on-site meteorologist and gardener, Mr Hindle.
