Seesaw creates a powerful learning loop between students, teachers, and families. Seesaw keeps everyone in the learning loop by connecting teachers, administrators, students, and families to support each child’s learning journey
Students show learning
Students use built-in multimodal tools to capture what they know in Seesaw’s digital portfolio
Teachers gain insights
Teachers see all stages of student thinking and progress — enabling them to teach better
Families connect
Families gain a window into their student’s learning and engage in home-to-school connections
Each family received a QR code to log into their child’s class at the parent teacher interviews.
Parents can view their child's learning journey and teachers can see which parents have seen the posts. This shows that parents are informed about what’s going on in the class. You can click on the “♥” as a sub of the ‘like’ button on Facebook. Your comments show opinions or feedback on what we are doing. We would appreciate a quick like and comment when you can.

“Brilliant!! He’s been so keen to get his pen license- super exciting!”
“Thank you for posting this! Warms my heart to see what Fred and his classmates are up to in sports! 😀❤️”
The 3/4’s enjoyed celebrating St Patrick’s Day with the iconic Shamrock Shake!
The Preps have been having lots of fun in Maths this term. Students this week have been learning about how they can represent the numbers 1-5 in many different ways.
Attached are some great photos of the iSea iCare Ambassadors teaching the Gr 2 students all about how we can care for our sea life. After attending a workshop at Mentone Primary School, the Grade 6 students conducted research, created an engaging slideshow and utilised a variety of props to interact with and teach the students about our intriguing marine life and how we can look after our oceans. The Grade 6 students did an amazing job!
We celebrate achievements at OLA every day in the classroom. Outstanding achievement is celebrated at every assembly in the front of the school. Congratulations to all the students who received an award last week.
