Vanessa Len, Best Selling Author ~ Only a Monster

Internationally recognised and bestselling author of the ‘Only a Monster’ trilogy, Vanessa Len, came in on Tuesday to engage in a Q&A session with our wide-readers and aspiring writers at year 7, and the Creative Writing class at year 8/9.

Facilitated by our librarian, Kathleen Robinson, the event gave students the opportunity to

 pose those questions we all want to ask about how to go about writing a book, where and how ideas are generated, and how you get published. 

Students had prepared questions to ask, and Vanessa was wonderfully open and engaging, prompting further thoughtful questions and discussion.
