Years 7-9 Coordinator

Welcome Back! 

We have a jampacked final term of 2023, full of learning, sports, activities and fun! 

Tomorrow, we have our Athletics team competing in Bendigo at LMR. Later in the term we have NCD Lawn bowls and down the line shooting, we have two LMR Hockey teams this year again combined with St Arnaud, there will be a mixed Year 7 & 8 Cricket team.

As we get into the warmer months towards the end of the term,  Yr 9’s will be venturing south to the Glenelg River for Canoe camp. We will also be hosting a  Yr 6 into Yr 7 transition information night and transition day to come as well, so stay posted for more information to come. 

What a finish to Term 3! 

In the second last week of Term 3 the Yr 9’s braved the weather and completed a journey hike over the Pinnacle and Mt Rosea. 

In the final week of term, the Yr 10 students travelled across the state to the Alpine Region and learnt how to ski! We were blessed with beautiful weather and just enough snow to have a blast! All students successfully learnt how to snow plough on the slopes.

The students gained the full experience while staying at Mt Buller Village watching the Barbie movie in the cinema and jumping around at the Air Zone!
