As part of Hampton's whole school Wellbeing curriculum, the children will continue to consider and engage with our School Norms of Collaboration, Aspiration, Integrity and Resilience.

 

Throughout Term 4, we will focus specifically on Help Seeking and Positive Coping strategies. This involves students engaging in positive self talk for coping with negative feelings and emotions. Students will identify when and from whom help can be sort and discuss the importance of seeking help when problems are too big to solve alone. We will continue to delve deep into positive psychology and strengths-based approaches, as we integrate tasks from The Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships Program, The Resilience Project, and The Cyber Safety Project.
