Aerobics News
Starting next week we will be having some free fun sessions in the Cape Centre at lunchtime for students to come along and see if they would be interested in trying out for our 2024 aerobics teams at tryouts next month.
Wednesday 11th October – Prep and Year 1
Friday 13th October - Year 2 and 3
Wednesday 18th October – Year 4 and 5
Once selected our aerobics squad will train at lunchtimes to learn a routine that they will then perform at several competitions next year against other schools.
