TRP-Laughter and Gratitude Go Hand In Hand

In The Resilience Project we learnt that laughter has many benefits and allows us to appreciate the funny moments in our lives. In our lesson we played lots of fun games to try to make each other laugh.

When we experience laughter, whether from a funny joke, a humorous situation or simply enjoying the company of others, it often evokes feelings of joy, amusement and happiness. Similarly, expressing gratitude involves acknowledging and appreciating the positive aspects of our lives, which can also generate feelings of happiness and contentment.
