As part of their current unit on entrepreneurship, our Year 9 Business students recently welcomed four inspiring guest speakers to share real-world insights into starting and running a business.
Held in the school library on Tuesday 29 April, this special event gave students the opportunity to learn directly from parent volunteers and local business owners who generously gave their time to mentor our budding entrepreneurs. Each speaker shared their business journey, discussing how they identified opportunities in the market and turned ideas into successful enterprises.
A special thank you to our guest mentors:
Their stories inspired students to think creatively, take initiative, and apply their learning as they develop their own business ideas for upcoming assessments.
We’re grateful to these community role models for supporting our students and strengthening the connection between school and industry.
