PROGRAM SUPPORT GROUP MEETINGS (PSG'S)
The Term 2 Program Support Group (PSG) meetings have been scheduled and are available for you to view on PAM. The meetings have begun this week (Monday, 19th May).
The meetings provide collaborative discussions between school, home and external therapeutic support for students with additional needs within our school. These conversations support the goals and adjustments that are developed by your child’s classroom teacher to guide the learning that takes place within the school setting.
A gentle reminder that careful consideration and thought has been put in place regarding the scheduling of PSG meetings. Allocated PSG times are now accessible to view via the PAM app. Please note your appointment in your diary. All appointments will indicate that we will meet in person, however, you have the flexibility to change this option to ‘virtual’, feel free to contact me should you need my help doing this. mantoniadis@hrwhitehills.catholic.edu.au If you choose to meet with us online, please click on the link provided in PAM at the time of your meeting.
A reminder that all PSG meetings take place on Monday’s and run for 35 mins. Term 2 PSG meetings will begin in week 5 and conclude in week 11.
PSG meetings provide an opportunity for home and school to come together to review, discuss and collaborate on the supports that are in place for your child.

NATIONAL SORRY DAY
Wellbeing Team and Fire Carriers
This year we will be acknowledging National Sorry Day on Tuesday 27th of May. The Theme for this year is Bridging Now to Next, it is about moving forward together. It is a time for growth reflection and commitment to walking together.
As part of our observance of this day our Fire Carriers and the Wellbeing Team will be inviting all students to decorate Healing Hands at lunchtime in the Rosarium. The decorated hands will be used to make a Reconciliation Tree on the window of the Rosarium to remind us that we can all use our hands to offer help and friendship as we grow together in understanding and reconciliation.
Students will also be invited to share lunch together on the oval as part of our observance of the day.
