Supporting Effective Study in the Lead-Up to Exams
As we move into the heart of Term 2, students across Years 8–12 are preparing for mid-year examinations. Effective exam preparation is not just about working harder—it's about working smarter. Understanding how the adolescent brain learns, managing time well, and creating a focused study environment at home contribute to improved academic outcomes and reduced stress. Parents/guardians play a vital role in helping students build strong study habits by fostering motivation, encouraging goal setting, and supporting emotional wellbeing. To support families in this process, we invite all parents and guardians to attend our upcoming webinar on Tuesday, 20 May, where practical strategies and resources will be shared. Together, we can build a stronger school-home partnership that supports student success.
