Classes of 2005 & 2015 Reunited
Emmaus Old Scholars of the 2005 and 2015 classes reunited in style on Friday, 5th September, to celebrate their 20-year and 10-year reunions, respectively.
More than 50 old scholars, former teachers, and current staff gathered for an evening filled with laughter, conversation, and cherished memories. It was a great pleasure to welcome old scholars back to their school, where the event began with a warm reception and a nostalgic tour of the College grounds. Many described the school as their “second home,” reflecting on their wonderful time at Emmaus.
The celebration continued at The Highway, where guests enjoyed light-hearted quizzes, pored over old yearbooks and photo archives, and shared stories from their school days.
Nathan Joppich, Class of 2005, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the College for hosting the event, sharing how his time at Bethesda Christian College significantly shaped his character and values.
Former 2015 College House Captains Edward Omondi, Georgina Lampard, and Lachlan Hillier also reflected on their learning experience at Emmaus Christian College, speaking of its positive impact on their lives and the lasting friendships they formed.
The 2005/2015 class reunion was a wonderful celebration of the old scholars' community, connection, and the enduring legacy of the Emmaus journey.
