Dates to Remember

Wednesday 23rd June - Semester 1 reports will go online. Please ensure you have read them in case you have questions you would like to clarify at Parent/Teacher interviews.

Wednesday 25th June- Parent/Teacher Interviews. Please make sure you have an allocated time slot (in person or by phone). Last year we were able to achieve a 99% response rate- we are going for 100% this year! It is so beneficial when the school and the parents can work together for the betterment of each child in our care.

Good Luck and Thank You

We pride ourselves at Rollins on our amazing staff. We are so lucky to have such highly dedicated staff who continually devote their time and effort into assisting our students reach their full potential. One such staff member who has contributed amazingly to our students and the wider community is Lachie Wright. We have been so grateful for the numerous extra hours he has devoted to our school over many years. He is a highly experienced professional with a huge bank of skills that have been sought after by many schools and the region. Hence, it is no surprise that he has announced he will be following a lifelong dream. Lachie has been accepted into the Fire Departments highly trained program- he is very excited by this as he has been selected over thousands of applicants. This is unfortunate for Rollins, but a real achievement for Lachie. We wish him the very best as he embarks on this new career move.

Our Best Wishes

We have another little baby on the way. Larissa Groch (our Art teacher) has announced that she is expecting a little bundle later this year. She has elected to finish her teaching duties on the last day of Term 2. We wish her and her partner all the very best as they enter this exciting phase of their lives.

End of Term

Term 2 finishes on Friday 4th July at 2.30pm. Please contact Camp Australia directly if you need their services on this day. School returns on Monday 21st July at 9am.

Excursions

Please keep an eye on COMPASS  for reminders about excursions as there is a lot going on at this time of the year.
