Outstanding Achievements

Last week I was made aware that Pio Lee (Year 9) recently competed at Australia's 2025 National Judo Championships on the Gold Coast. 

Pio excelled during the week, and we congratulate him as he took out the whole competition and now holds the title of National Senior Boys U15 Judo Champion. This is an amazing achievement from someone so young. Pio’s dedication to Judo over the years in both training and competition has certainly paid off.

I would also like to congratulate our First XI Football team for their achievements in the Combined Independent Schools Cup. They finished in the top four of all Independent Schools across NSW. Although they went down to Newington College in their semi-final last week, they played so well and had a very busy draw over the last two weeks having to play a number of games. Well done to Mr Bottalico and Mr Falzon and to all our students for a great competition.
