100 Days of Prep

On Tuesday 28th July the Prep students celebrated reaching 100 days of Prep. The theme this year was ‘Your Future Self’, with many students dressing up as what they would like to be when they are grown up. We had many police officers, nurses, doctors, vets, construction workers, business people, the odd fairy or two and even a paleontologist! 

With the help of the Grade 5 students, the Preps create a 100 day crown. It was wonderful to see the cross age interactions and excitement whilst working together to complete their crowns. Many new friendships were made and a few excited smiles and waves were later seen out in the playground when students recognised one another. 

The students and staff had the most enjoyable day celebrating this milestone for the Preps. It was topped off at the end of the week with the Preps’ first performance at assembly singing the ‘100 days song’.

Thank you to all the parents for the care and support you have given your children so far this year. We look forward to the next six months in Prep.
