2027 5/6's Canberra Camp

In 2027, the Grade 5 & 6 students will be heading to Canberra for a 4 day/3-night camp staying at Canberra Park. The departure date is Tuesday 13 April and returning on Friday 16 April.

Next year’s camp is an educational experience to Canberra where students will be visiting a number of national landmarks. The focus of the camp is on civics and citizenship, personal development and interpersonal skills. Students will be visiting places including Parliament House, the Australian War Memorial, the Australian Institute of Sport, the High Court of Australia, the Royal Australian Mint and the National Gallery of Australia.

Transportation to Canberra will include flights with Virgin Australia and travel throughout the stay is with a seated, belted bus carrier.

As flights need to be booked in advance, we ask that parents please indicate whether their child/ren will be attending camp by marking them as attending or declining on Compass. We need to confirm final numbers and secure the flights by 05th June (end of next week).
