Italian

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who took part in our Italian Day celebration and helped make it a day filled with learning, fun, and cultural appreciation. This event is always eagerly anticipated, and this year we had some exciting new additions, including a hands-on pasta-making activity and a lively Tarantella dance session led by our talented Miss Gregory. It was truly special to see the children so engaged, making their own pasta from scratch and dancing with tambourines to traditional Italian folk music. I was especially delighted to hear that many children took their homemade pasta home and cooked it for dinner that evening.
A big "Grazie mille" to:
- Monica for her support and encouragement, helping us honor the Italian Day tradition.
- Our incredible students, whose creativity in costume preparation and enthusiastic participation in all activities and songs enriched their understanding of Italian culture.
- The staff and parents who contributed their time and energy to ensure the success of the day, assisting with activities like pasta making, bocce, soccer, and dance. Your involvement helped create a fun and memorable experience for all the children.
- Italico and Mubble Sorrento for their generous donations.
Alla prossima!
