Congratulations to Ritkriti Melam who has been selected as our Class of 2026 Kwong Lee Dow Young Scholar!

The Kwong Lee Dow Young Scholar’s program is highly regarded and sought after by high-achieving students, with over 2000 applicants this year. Ritkriti demonstrated her high level of academic achievement and leadership, and community involvement, which resulted in her successfully, and deservedly, being offered one of these competitive positions.

Ritkriti will become part of a supportive University community and peer network through a tailored program of events and activities over the next two years. She will have the opportunity to expand her academic and personal horizons, setting her up for success at the University of Melbourne and beyond.
