In the spirit of reduce, reuse and recycle, the 2025 Ball Committee are hoping to repurpose as many materials as possible for next year's Ball. If you have any of the following items hiding in a shed or back room, please consider donating them to the Ball Committee, we would be so appreciative.
Wine barrels, rope, skeletons, chests, old jewellery which can be made into treasure - beads, bangles, tankards, goblets, toy crowns and tiaras, gold paint, black paint, double sided tape, battery operated candles of all sizes, wine and rum bottles or any interesting bottles, large swathes of black fabric, calico or sheers, large rolls of kraft paper, any sizeable vintage nautical items like wooden anchors or rigging , pirate items like hats and swords and costumes.
- Smaller items (e.g. old jewellery, spray paint, tape, candles, etc)
- Please drop to Main Administration at your convenience (remember to advise the item/s are for the Ball).
- Larger items (e.g. wine barrels, skeletons, chests)
- Please keep these in reserve until the new year, at which time a drop-off point will be announced.
Thank you so much.
