YEAR 12

Year 12 Key Information

This Wednesday (13 November), we will host our final College event for Year 12 students; Graduation Mass. Students must present to classrooms G6, 7, and 8 no later than 8:15 am on this day. Students are to wear their best formal uniform and meet the College's personal grooming and jewellery expectations. We look forward to celebrating their final day at the College.
The Graduation Mass RSVP date has now past, however if you intend on coming along and have not confirmed your attendance, please email the College Events Team directly: smw.events@cns.catholic.edu.au
Any student with a parking pass to the TTC carpark is kindly asked to return it so that it is ready for next year's Year 12 students.
Textbooks and loan laptops must also be returned to avoid receiving invoices for payment.
Celebration Dinner photos will be available prior to Graduation Mass. A link will be emailed to all Year 12 families and students. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Whole of College Key Information

Next week is a busy time with many celebrations. On Monday, we have our Annual Presentation Evening of student academic, sporting, the arts, and service awards. We look forward to celebrating these successes with students and their families. On Tuesday, we have our sporting awards presentation from across the year. We welcome all families to join us in this celebration.
On Wednesday, we have our Graduation Mass, where we will farewell our Year 12 students of 2024. All students must wear formal uniforms for this event and bring their sports uniform for after the Mass if required.
Our Year 6 Orientation Day will be held on Thursday for our 2025 Year 7 Students. We look forward to welcoming our new students and families on Thursday.
We are fundraising this term in support St Vincent de Paul’s Christmas Food Hampers, which will be donated during our Christmas Liturgy on the last day of Term 4. The pastoral group that fills the most washing baskets (Hampers) for the Christmas Appeal will be rewarded with a class party! We appreciate families contributing to our fundraising initiative to support those in need at Christmas.
Please Remember:
- Donations must have an expiry date of at least January 2025.
- Toys and gifts are not required as other organisations handle these contributions.

Week 7 Uniform Schedule

On Tuesday, students receiving an award at our Sports Assembly must wear their Formal Uniform.
