Enrolments and 2026 Planning

If you are aware of families intending to enrol in our school for 2026 who haven't done so yet, please encourage them to do so as soon as possible, including families with siblings looking to join our Foundation 2026 group.

If your family is intending to move on in 2026, we're sorry to see you go, but we also greatly appreciate notification as early as possible so we can plan for staffing and classes more accurately.

Parent/Carer Opinion Survey

Thank you to the parents/carers who have already completed the annual Department of Education Parent/Caregiver/Guardian Opinion Survey. Your feedback is truly appreciated and informs many strategic planning decisions each year. The survey remains open until the 19th of September so there's plenty of time left if you haven't had a chance to do it yet!

You can access the survey via the QR code below and choose from a range of languages. An email was sent via Compass to all parent/carer/guardian emails on Monday - this email contains the PIN necessary to access the survey. If you can't find this email in your inbox, please let the office know. We'll resend again next week as a reminder.

Sunsmart Reminder – Hats Required from September

As part of our school’s Sunsmart policy, the official Sunsmart period begins at the start of September. From this date, all students are required to wear their school hat whenever they are outside. Please ensure your child’s hat is clearly labelled and brought to school each day. Thank you for helping us keep our students safe in the sun.

School Value of Inclusion in Action!

Assistant Principal, Steve Roche, proudly shared with me a wonderful example of some students truly embodying our school value of inclusion this week.

A new student from the junior area of the school was interested in the game of cricket on the oval, but wasn't sure how to join. The boys from Years 4, 5 and 6 noticed and invited him to join the game - giving him a go at the different skills and modifying their own approaches to allow him to feel successful. Thank you to Toby, Ben, Harrison, Rory, Jack, Alex and any other students involved in the game - you are a credit to your school and your families!
