Introducing Compass Pay & Online Consent in 2025 

At Woodmans Hill Secondary College, we are committed to enhancing the experience for parents and carers by making school processes more efficient and accessible. To streamline the payment and consent process for excursions, incursions, and camps, we are excited to introduce Compass Pay and online consent in 2025. 

This new system will allow you to conveniently pay and provide consent for your child’s participation in school activities using Compass on any device of your choice. This digital solution ensures a smoother, more efficient experience while reducing the need for paper-based forms. 

Flexible Payment Options 

We understand that families have different preferences when it comes to making payments. While Compass Pay provides a quick and easy online solution, parents and carers who prefer traditional methods can still manually download excursion forms and return them to the General Office. Payments can also be made directly at the General Office using:

Additional Financial Support 

Families eligible for the Camps, Sports & Excursions Fund (CSEF) can use their credit balance towards these activities. Additionally, all students enrolled in a Victorian Government School in 2025 have access to the School Savings Bonus, which can be applied to excursions, incursions, and camps. We encourage families to check their eligibility and take advantage of these financial support options. 

Important Information for Camps  

While consent and payment can now be managed digitally, some additional documentation will still be required for camps. Parents and carers must submit the following directly to the General Office:

To ensure we can reach you in case of an emergency or to provide important updates, please make sure your contact details are kept up to date. If your phone number, email address, home address, or emergency contacts change, please notify the school office as soon as possible.
