First Nations Report 

This week marks the kickoff of our first Yarning Circle for our First Nations mob! 

It’s fantastic to see so many new faces this year, and I’m excited about how much our group has grown. I look forward to spending Thursday mornings with these wonderful, spirited young people—hearing their stories from the summer break and, for those I haven’t met yet, learning about their cultural journeys so far.

I’m also eager to see this group play a key role in our celebration days throughout the year. Once again, we’ll be participating in the Nallei Jerring Western Bulldogs Leadership Program and the Deadly Aspirations Days, offering incredible opportunities for our mob to grow, connect, and lead.
