School Photos

Our school photo day is coming up on Tuesday 12th March 2025. Ordering is now available through Compass. Please see below for instructions on how to order:

Ceres Easter Raffle

Ceres is hosting an Easter Raffle this year as a school fundraiser. 

Tickets can be purchased online via QKR or cash to the office.

In order to support this fundraiser, we are seeking donations of chocolate bunnies & eggs (dairy and dairy free), easter themed small soft toys and craft item that we can make up into hampers as prizes for the raffle. 

Please send these along to school with your children, there is a hamper box located in the front office.

Primary School Nursing Program

The Primary School Nursing Program is a free service offered by the Department. The Prep Health assessment is offered to all students in their first year of primary school. Information letters will be going home with Foundation families today. 

We ask that even if you do not want your child to participate that you indicate this on the survey. Please see below for further information. 

Book Club

Orders from Issue 1 of the Scholastic Book Club have arrived and started going home with students yesterday.

Issue 2 of the Scholastic Book Club will begin coming home with students today.  

Issues close Friday 21st March at 9am and orders must be placed through the LOOP portal (LOGIN)

Multi Sports extra curricular programs

Kelly Sports is offering Multi Sports programs after school on Wednesdays this term.

Music Bus 

The Music Bus runs every Thursday morning at 7.45am and offers keyboard, ukulele, drums and guitar. Please note, students will need to be supervised by parents from the conclusion of the lesson to when supervision begins at 8.35am.

If you wish to enrol, please complete this Expression of Interest Form as soon as possible as places will fill quickly.

Fresh Meal Fairy Canteen

Every Friday our students have the opportunity to have lunch delivered to school. Orders are to be placed by 9pm Thursday for delivery the next day.

CSEF Applications

The Camps, Sports & Excursions Fund (CSEF) is available to families with a valid means-tested concession card or temporary foster parents. The allowance can be used towards expenses relating to camps, excursions or sporting activities at school. Please see the attachment for further information:

The CSEF form can be collected from the office or downloaded here and must be submitted before 4 July 2025.

Conveyance Applications

The conveyance allowance is a contribution towards transport costs and is not intended to cover the full cost of transporting children to and from school.

The conveyance allowance may be available to students attending government or non-government schools and:

• travelling by public transport or by private car, motorbike, bicycle or bus, and
• whose nearest school is not serviced by a free school bus provided under the School Bus Program

Term 1 conveyance applications must be submitted by 14th March.

Container Deposit Scheme

We are registered with Victoria's Container Deposit Scheme. 

You can donate by returning your containers and donating the 10 cent refund for every eligible can, carton or bottle!
