Events

Our Year 12 boarders looked absolutely stunning for their Formal last Saturday evening held at the Emporium.  We now can settle into study and assessment with the excitement of the Formal behind us.

Last week, Henderson House held the first themed dinner for the year celebrating 'Pal'entine’s Day.  All boarders enjoyed the in-house activities held on Wednesday and Friday evenings and the activities, trivia, gift chocolates, lollipops and notes of appreciation from other boarders.

On Sunday evening I had the pleasure in hosting our Year 6 and 7 boarders for supper in my onsite residence. Our newest boarders shared their stories of how they are settling in, and their camp experience last week. Thank you, Ms Mills, for supervising the baking of our supper surprise.

Leave

A reminder that all boarders wishing to go on weekend leave must have their requests in by Wednesday night for parents and hosts to approve on Thursday morning, with final approval completed by Thursday afternoon.

Afternoon walks to parks and visits to the Term, are still ok to go ahead without prior arrangement of a leave request.

When organising leave for your child, please be advised our Boarding House closes each evening at 10:30pm with all boarders due back in no later than 10:00pm on Friday and Saturday evening.

A reminder also that every boarder is required to purchase a Go Card for travel on public transport for any recreation activities that boarding transport is not provided.
