A Message from Parents & Friends 

Hi everyone, 

Fundraising for 2024: big screen and speakers under Gumbuya

Thank you to everyone who supported the ice cream and pizza truck at the family fun night the other week - they were both really appreciative of the support they received. Also, a thank you to Team Kids for sponsoring the much needed coffee truck too! 

Here’s a quick fortnightly update from us. 

Harmony Week Bake Sale - change of date

We have changed the date of the bake sale. It will now be held on Monday 18th March with children able to purchase during the school day and everyone else able to purchase from 3pm. 

Please bring cash for the children, but we will have a card machine from 3pm. Also, each family should have received a plate and food label. Please consider dusting off your aprons and baking something delicious this weekend for us to sell! 

Community Cookbook 2024 

Unfortunately, we have experienced some delays in getting this ready for our community. Whilst we wanted it ready for next week, we are unfortunately only able to have this ready for early Term 2. There has been a lot of work behind the scenes and all the wonderful drawings we received. Further details will be announced before we break for our school holidays. 

Hot Cross Bun Drive

Hot Cross Bun order forms have been sent home with children. Please check their bags. 

Distribution date will be Wednesday 27th March, just in time for Easter.  

Easter Raffle Draw  - Thursday 28th March

Every family should have received their raffle tickets by now and if you haven’t there are spares at the office. Please remember to return these to your child's teacher by 26th March so you can be included in the raffle. Remember to check out the STEM lab window display to see what you can win! 

Friday Treats

Just a reminder that icy poles are ending at the end of Term One ready for the cooler months (although if we somehow have a heatwave we shall extend). Friday 22nd March will be the last Friday treats for this term.

Our next meeting is Friday 15 March at 9am  - we’re meeting  in the Team Kids room. We really look forward to welcoming you all to these meetings. We look forward to welcoming you there.
