Prep

Prep H have had a wonderful start to the year. We have done lots of games to help build our social skills and make new friends.

In maths we have been looking at different ways to make numbers. We made towers using blocks in different ways and explored all the ways to make the number 5.

We have also been making patterns. We made patterns with all different materials and even patterns using people in our class!

In Jolly Phonics we have been learning lots of sounds. We have even used some of these sounds to make and write words. We got to make popcorn for the letter P and were so amazed when some of the popcorn came right out of the machine and flew into the air! For the letter N we made a noodle necklace and even turned this into a pattern as well!
