Please send all communications to our school email: beaumaris.ps@education.vic.gov.au. One of our admin team members, Robyn, Cath or Ellie, will forward your email to the relevant staff members who will then be in touch. 

ABSENCES

Student absences should be reported to the school before 9.00am via the Compass portal or phoning the school office. Any unexplained absences will result in parents/guardians receiving an email at 9.30am on the day of non-attendance requesting they update Compass with the reason for non-attendance.

LATE ARRIVAL OR EARLY LEAVE

In order to minimise disruption to class and maximise learning opportunities for our students, we would like to remind you that the school day starts promptly at 9.00am. If your child is late for any reason, please sign them in at the office via the Compass Kiosk. Your child will then collect a late pass which they'll give to their teacher.

If your child is leaving early, please come to the front office to collect them. Please ensure that you sign them out using the Compass Kiosk. One of our admin staff members will page for your child to come down to the office.
