Science Week

Week 4 was an exciting time at the College as we celebrated National Science Week! To mark this special occasion, our Science Lab Assistant, Ms Duggan, led a series of fascinating experiments with our Primary School students. Students had the opportunity to delve into the wonders of science by experimenting with movement, magnetic fields, and gravity.

One of the highlights was when Ms Duggan, alongside Mrs Doven, demonstrated the creation of "elephant toothpaste" using a combination of chemicals. This lively and visually striking experiment captivated the students' attention and sparked their curiosity about chemical reactions.

The hands-on activities not only provided a fun and engaging way for students to learn about scientific principles but also helped foster a sense of wonder and excitement for the subject. National Science Week was a great success, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to Ms Duggan for her enthusiasm and dedication in bringing science to life for our students.
