The PTV Customer Service Hub at Westfield Geelong Shopping Centre will close at 6pm on 30 August 2024

The PTV Customer Service Information hubs in Geelong and Bendigo are closing.

The records of PTV School Student IDs, Victorian Student Passes and Regional Student Passes issued at the PTV Customer Service Hub at Geelong will be relocated to Geelong Station. This change will have minimal impact to the services provided in the Geelong area. Students don’t need to do anything, unless their pass or student ID has been lost, stolen or damaged. If they do need to replace their pass or ID, they can visit Geelong Station who will have their details from 30 August 2024.

There are six staffed train stations in the Geelong area, providing a range of services including ticketing, wayfinding and journey queries.
