Important announcements to Year 12s about upcoming VTAC deadlines

Students submitting SEAS and Scholarships applications have been advised to upload supporting documents by 20 September 5pm to guarantee review by VTAC who will check for any problems and request any needed replacements. SEAS and Scholarships applications and their supporting documentation closes 11 October 5pm.

VTAC’s advice is to make payment within the timely application period which closes 30 September 5pm to ensure students have the lowest fee, are eligible for all courses and all course offer rounds, as well as reducing stress from missing key deadlines (See the VTAC Important dates for course applications closing dates).

It is also important to know that after payment of their application, students can continue to make course changes up to the change of preference deadline of 12pm 14 December for Yr12 first round December offers.

Any students interested in applying to early closing courses must have these courses listed and submitted into their VTAC course application preference list by the earlier closing date. After this date, students will be unable to add these courses and if they remove them, will be unable to re-add these courses to their application.
