Create a poster of all the different coping strategies you might use to manage stress, such as: 

  • Take deep breaths. 
  • Go for a walk. 
  • Read a book. 
  • Talking with someone. 
  • Listening to music.
  • Journaling.
  • Drawing/colouring.
