Reconciliation Week Bake Sale - Thursday 6th June

Dear APS Families, 

We are Arabella, Eve, Alastair, Gus and Sienna from Year 6 and we are the School Events Action Team.

As mentioned above, we are doing a fundraiser to commemorate Sorry Day and Reconciliation Week on Thursday the 6th of June. We will be selling cupcakes. There will be chocolate and vanilla cupcakes and all cupcakes will be nut, diary, and gluten free. 

NB: WE WILL USE SOY MILK.

Please see the ingredients and dietary information below and contact your child’s teacher if you have any concerns. 

Please note we will be also using soy milk, Nuttelex, eggs, gluten free icing sugar and food colouring.

Students will only be allowed to purchase 1 cupcake so everyone has an opportunity to purchase one. The fundraiser will occur at the beginning of lunch and be held in the canteen. 

Money from our fundraiser will go to a charity called Red Dust. Red Dust is an organisation based in Melbourne that aims to improve health, build resilience and strengthen the future of Indigenous youth and families. They also provide Reconciliation programs where they support all Australians to share cultural knowledge and move to a better future together.

Thank you for your support and a reminder that if your child would like to donate they can do so on Thursday the 6th of June. Please bring $2 if you are interested in buying a cupcake.
