Code Camp

This winter, we are again hosting Code Camp, a school holiday program for Junior School students interested in coding and other content creation skills. Four different camps will be on offer:

 

YOUTUBE CREATORS (AGES 9–13)

YouTube Creators is for the vloggers, gamers and budding content creators! Students are invited to harness their creativity and join us for days of planning, storytelling, filming and video editing. 

 

LITTLE CODERS (AGES 5–7)

If your child is ready to begin learning to code, Little Coders is just the camp for them! In Little Coders, our youngest coders discover the basics of coding and take their first steps to become a coding superstar. Students will need to bring their own iPad or Android tablet to this camp.

 

ROBOTICS CAMP (AGES 7–12)

At Robotics Camp, imagination meets innovation. Kids aged between 7 and 12 will explore the magic of robotics, using coding and programming to bring their robot to life! 

 

LITTLE CODERS: TROLLS EDITION (AGES 5–7)

Your child will love the fun and interactive way we teach kids to code at Little Coders – Trolls Edition. Over two days, our youngest campers discover the basics of coding with their favourite DreamWorks Trolls characters, Poppy, Viva and Branch. They’ll band together and take their first steps to becoming coding superstars! 

 

The camps will run from Tuesday 9 July to Wednesday 10 July at the Junior School campus.

 

Code Camp has already taught more than 50,000 students in Australia from Years 2 to 7, imparting important skills such as computational thinking, logic, creativity, user experience, app development and game building in a fun and engaging way.
