Year 2 Assembly

On Monday 17th March at our Year Two Assembly, we talked about Harmony Day and also said “hello” in different languages. We sang a song called “One World, Many Colours”. After we finished singing the song, everyone clapped. It was loud! We all felt very happy and proud of ourselves.

I felt nervous about the assembly but when I sang, I felt awesome. I like performing at assembly and I really enjoyed our assembly about Harmony Day!

I was nervous before we did our assembly because everyone was watching. I felt really happy and proud after we did it because I was brave. I liked the Harmony Day theme and enjoyed singing the song, ‘One World, Many Colours.’

My favourite part of the assembly was when we sang the song, ‘One World, Many Colours.’ I loved the music and the message of the song – everyone belongs. It was so much fun and I was a little nervous but it turned out okay!
