Principal’s Report – End of Term Update

As we come to the close of another busy and successful term, I want to take this opportunity to thank our wonderful staff, students, and wider school community for your ongoing support and involvement. It's this shared commitment that helps create the positive, inclusive, and thriving school environment we are so proud of.

This term has been rich with activity, especially in sport. Our students have represented the school with pride, showing exceptional teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship across a range of competitions. Congratulations to all involved—you’ve done us proud!

We also enjoyed some fantastic excursions this term, giving our students valuable learning experiences outside the classroom. These moments of connection, exploration and hands-on learning continue to be an important part of our school life.

As we look ahead to next term, I am pleased to introduce and warmly welcome our new relieving Principal, Mrs Natalie Hill, who joins us from Oxley High School in Tamworth. Mrs Hill brings with her a wealth of leadership experience and a strong commitment to student success and wellbeing. We are excited to have her join our school and community, and I know she will be made to feel very welcome by staff, students, and families alike.

On a personal note, I want to say how much I’ve enjoyed my time as relieving Principal. It has been a privilege to lead such a warm, welcoming, and committed school community. Thank you to all the students, staff, and families for your incredible support—it’s something I’ll always value.

To our dedicated staff – thank you for your tireless efforts throughout the term. To our students – thank you for your hard work, positive attitude, and school pride. And to our families and community – thank you for your continued partnership and support.

Wishing everyone a safe and restful break. We look forward to a fantastic start to next term under Mrs Hill’s leadership.

Warm regards,

Helen Millar
