Miss Phoebe George

Dear Parents/Carers,

In our ever-evolving world, one of the most valuable qualities we can help our children develop is resilience. At its heart, resilience is the ability to bounce back from challenges, adapt to setbacks, and navigate difficulties with strength and optimism. It's not about shielding our children from all adversity, but rather equipping them with the inner resources to cope and thrive when faced with life's inevitable bumps in the road.

Just as we prioritise their academic growth and physical well-being, fostering resilience is crucial for their long-term emotional and mental health. Children who develop strong resilience are better equipped to handle academic pressures, social challenges, and the uncertainties of life.

The Raising Children Network Australia is a helpful with resources on resilience that you may wish to check out on the website:

Kind regards,
