Let’s Get Ready for School 2025
With this year wrapped up we now look to commence preparations for the following school year!
To help you prepare, we have compiled a Let’s Get Ready for School 2025 Information Booklet. A copy of the booklet, along with Parent Portal access information, was emailed on Monday 9 November, to all parents who have children studying at Oxley in 2025. A copy is also available below for your convenience.
This informative booklet will assist you to prepare items prior to the commencement of school and contains details for the first day of school. If you require a printed copy of the booklet, you may collect one from the Administration Office.
As mentioned in the booklet, all document resources and links to suppliers are available in the Parent Portal. However, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Administration Office on 9727 9900.
Class lists for the 2025 school year will also be available on the Parent Portal from Wednesday 22 January 2025.
Lost Property
With several items still unclaimed, the lost property display will remain in the corridor outside Student Reception in the Administration Building until 4.00pm on Monday 9 December. Parents are encouraged to come and check for any lost items. After this time, items will be disposed of.
We also have a variety of valuable items, including keys, jewellery, spectacles, small digital devices and myki cards. If you have lost an item over the course of this year, we may have it! Please come to Student Reception, with a detailed description of the item, so we can reunite you with it.
A reminder, to ensure lost items are returned to your child, please name all pieces of uniform and other personal items.
Administration Office Closure Dates
The Administration Office will be closed for the Christmas holiday period, from close of business on Monday 23 December 2024, reopening on Thursday 9 January 2025.
On behalf of the Admin Office Team, we pray joy, peace and safety be yours throughout this blessed season.

First Aid – End of Year Update
Medication
If your child has had medication stored in the First Aid Office, we would ask that this be collected prior to Wednesday 11 December. If this medication is not collected it will be disposed of through the local chemist. If you wish to continue to have medication held in the First Aid Office for future use, we will require a new Administration of Medication form for the 2025 school year which can be downloaded through the Parent Portal and returned to the College. The First Aid Office will be open from 8.15am to 4.15pm Monday to Friday until Wednesday 11 December.
Medical Care Plans
All students returning to the College in 2025 will be required to have a current medical care plan for conditions such as, but not limited to, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, Diabetes or Epilepsy. All plans must include a current colour photo, clear instructions from the treating doctor and the doctor’s signature. All plans must be current – i.e. less than 12 months old. Most of these plans are able to be downloaded from the Parent Portal or they can be obtained from your family doctor or specialist or from the First Aid Office. If you would like to check the status/date of your child’s plan, please don’t hesitate to contact the First aid office on 9727 9940.
Thank you.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish all our Oxley families a very happy and safe Christmas. It has again been my pleasure to assist you during the year and I look forward to seeing many of you again next year. To those who are leaving I would like to wish you every success and happiness and may God bless you.

First Aid Coordinator
Enrolments
2025
We have limited vacancies for next year and would encourage you to submit your Enrolment Application Form as soon as possible if you wish your child to be considered for a place.
2026
We are now accepting enrolments for 2026 and beyond (particularly Prep and Year 7) and look forward to hearing from you if you wish to enrol your child(ren).
Notice to Withdraw
Parents are reminded of their obligation to give the College one full term’s notice, in writing to the Principal, if their children are not continuing at Oxley Christian College. The lack of one term’s notice will result in the payment of one term’s Tuition Fees.
It is also a legal requirement for you to inform us of the school to which your child’s enrolment is transferring.
Non Resident Visa Holders and New Australian Citizens
For school reporting requirements, please inform the Registrar (clewis@oxley.vic.edu.au) if there have been any changes to you or your child’s residency Visa for Australia. For example:
1. you or your child have recently become Australian Citizens;
2. you or your child have been granted a new Visa; or
3. your current Visas have expired and you are now on Bridging Visas.
The College will require evidence of the change in Visa status for the student and at least one parent, e.g. Australian Citizenship Certificate, Australian Passport, or a copy of your new Visa(s).
Please contact the Administration Office if you have any questions.
