CDFPAY INFORMATION UNIFORM AND HOT LUNCH ORDERS REQUIRE CDFPay

PROCEDURE FOR CANTEEN/HOT LUNCH QUERIES OR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS 

1. The office goes through student absences prior to the canteen ladies receiving the list of orders for the day.
2. The office will arrange a credit for you in the event that your child is absent on a hot lunch day.
3. Please DO NOT call or text Deb Carmody.
4. All canteen/ hot lunch enquiries are to come through the office via email or Flexibuzz.

PARENTS AND FRIENDS PIE DRIVE

Orders are to be by Friday 19th July.  Collection date is 8th Aug from 2:30pm onwards.  Payments are via CDFpay only.  All information for what yummy pies (sweet/savoury), pasties and sausage rolls that are available for order is on CDFpay http://stlleongatha.cdfpay.org.au  

P & F MEETING

The P & F next meet on Monday, 22nd July at 9am in the board room.  All most welcome and encouraged to attend.

EUROVISION CONTEST

Thursday, 27th June

St Laurence O'Toole Gymnasium

7:00-8:30pm

Doors open to parents at 6:30pm

Gold coin donation

Students to arrive from 6:30pm and be met by their assigned teacher inside the Gym.

End of concert procedure:  Students are to be collected from their designated area inside the Gym by a parent; your child's name must be ticked off by the assigned teacher.

FOR THOSE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND IN THE CONCERT

If you are not able to attend the concert on the evening of Thursday 27th, family and friends are welcome to attend the dress rehearsal at 12noon on Thursday 27th.

P & F FUNDRAISER - Fri 28th June  $1 popcorn and $1 milkshakes. Cash only. Casual clothes.

FRI 28th June:  As this is a P & F fundraiser for the homeless, payment will be via cash only. 

At recess there will be

$1 popcorn and

$1 milkshakes

for sale via the canteen window for students.

Students can wear coloured clothes on the day
