SSAV Independent School Golf

We had two students who took part in the annual SSAV Golf Tournament this term. Joshua Gong and Rachel How went along to Waverley Golf Course to compete against other students from organisations including SIS, ACS, CSEN and SCSA. It was a beautiful afternoon for golf and both our students played in a polite and positive manner throughout their rounds. Well done to both students and Rachel for placing second in the girls' section.

House Athletics Carnival

We were blessed with great weather for our House Athletics Carnival held on the last Tuesday of term. Carly and Nic from the sports department would like to thank everyone involved, from the students who participated in all their events to the staff who raked pits, measured throws and made sure that all ran smoothly.

The final points on the day were: Warrell 2027, Bruce 2091, Rayner 2106 ... and although we had a number of lead changes during the day, at the grand total of 2197 points, there was just one winner….
