Verification Forms

These forms were sent home in week 2 and new forms have been sent home today for anyone who has not completed them. Please check all the details on the form, make changes if required, sign and return to school tomorrow, Wednesday 16th as we need all information to be up to date before Census day this Friday.

Travel Arrangement Forms

Please return the travel arrangements forms to school tomorrow, Wednesday 16th as we also need this information for Census.  It is vital to have this information to keep your children safe. 

Permission note processes

All notes need to be processed through our classroom note trays in the mornings.  Please pop your child's notes into their bags so that they can add them to the note tray as part of the morning class routine.  This way we avoid misplacing or losing sheets of paper.  

Compass

If you are having trouble logging in to Compass please update the app.  If this does not work, contact the office and we will try to help you with the process.

Swap Shop

We are running low on stocks and as you know we love to be able to offer our families uniform items to assist with the costs associated with being at school.  Girls summer and winter uniforms in particular will be very much appreciated.  We have 3 lovely girls in Years 1 and 3 who have started with us and we would love to be able to offer them a school uniform to begin their experience at St Joey's. 

Contacting Class Teachers

We encourage parents to contact class teachers by email between 8.00am and 5.00pm; Monday to Friday only.  Please be aware, teachers need time to reply to your email as during the school day they are either teaching, on duty or in meetings. We love to hear from you but just not late at night. If a matter is urgent please ring the school and leave a message for the teacher to contact you. Thank you for your cooperation in this. 

Finance News

School Fee Payments can be made with the Qkr app, CentrePay, direct credit to the school's bank account or direct debit through ADIG.  If you wish to set up a ADIG direct debit please see Tracey Klitsch (on a Tuesday or Thursday).  When accessing Qkr, payment can be made under one child's name (school fees only) and when paying direct into the school's bank account please use your account no. (located under the date on the statement) and your surname (or first four letters if insufficient space).  Regular payments are appreciated and can be made at any  time, and a big thank you to those who already do pay regularly and on time.

We ask that all parents sign up for the Qkr! App as this enables you to pay for most school activities online. You will need to have the location turned on, on your device to be able to pick up St Joseph's Quirindi as an option.
