Futsal

On Thursday we had approximately 60 students attend the Boys Futsal Day at the Knox Regional Soccer Centre. The day was around giving the boys a taster into the game of Futsal. Each of our teams showed some incredible individual skill, teamwork and enthusiasm with some great team goals scored throughout the day.

All teams played 3 games. Some games were played on a synthetic  soccer field type court and other games were played in a cage. Even though no scores were kept, we were still competitive and we still had to use our soccer skills to win. And in between all of the intense games, we relaxed by getting some warm, hot chips and lollies. And even if we were losing, we still kept our spirits high and we still tried to motivate ourselves and our teammates while trying to have fun at the same time.

Each and every team from years 4-6 gave their all and represented the school and themselves really well! 

A big thanks to Mrs Slonim, Mr Giosis, Mr Mosele, Mrs Andrew and the many parent supporters for coming along to support our teams, it was a fantastic day!
