College Captains' Report

Stating the obvious, it’s a very big time for students and teachers across the school! This long (but somehow quick at the same time) year is coming to an end and students across the school are waiting for what they’ll find in the BE Program. It’s certainly both nerve-racking and exciting with all the possible challenges and opportunities.

This time is also especially big for the Year 11s as they transition into their final year of high school. Plus, coming out of the exams week and, for some, their first ever final 3/4 exam all in the past month sets up next year to be even bigger than this year.

But while going through this jungle of a time, it’s awesome to see everyone being so supportive of one another and hyping each other up to be ready for anything.

Moreover, the term is set to end with Micro-credentials week and a lot of students, especially year sevens, are excited to explore the different opportunities and activities being presented then.

This all of course leads into the holiday season which we hope will be a great time for everyone to relax and have fun, which seems to be even more the case now that a lot of the COVID chaos isn’t at risk of getting in the way!
