 During the next fortnight, students will be undertaking learning in following areas:

Reading
  • Week 8- Persuasive texts. We  will be using  the text 'I wanna iguana' to explore persuasive text features and language.
  • Week 9-  Persuasive texts. We  will be using 'The Day the Crayons quit' to explore persuasive text features and language.
  • -Phonics 'ew' and 'wr' digraphs.
Writing 
  • Week 8 and 9- Persuasive writing. 
  • We will be writing a persuasive piece on why we should get a class pet.
  • We will be writing persuasive pieces to convince the crayons to come home!
