What we value

Hello Aspire CCPA,

As many of you know, this past Friday I was able to attend a community conversation led by our Chief People Officer (CPO) Anupam Mishra led the conversation with one of our Aspire Board Members Warren Felson. During this time we reviewed a draft of our new Aspire Core Values and provided feedback on these values.

During this time our families appreciated the organizations focus on ensuring that ALL students are on track to receiving a post-secondary education, that we are striving to be a community working together to support each students individual academic needs, and that we are dedicated to creating a space that is physically, mentally, and social-emotionally safe for our students.

Thinking and reflecting on our school and where we are at this moment I feel these are things we are striving and working towards. Yes, there are still opportunities for growth; but, we are committed to creating these conditions not only for ourselves but for the community we support.

I say it time and time again, and I hope you all never get tired of it, but I want to thank you all for your commitment and dedication. Enjoy the rest of your day.
